The site content, the Blue Cipher AI™ name and mark, the Simple Success Sequence, the plays, and the Foundation framework are owned by Blue Cipher AI™ and protected by intellectual property laws. The site offers live sessions, including the Challenge, demo calls, and audits. Submitting a form or booking a seat is an inquiry or reservation, not a contract. Participation in any program is governed by the booking terms shown at registration, including cancellation and reschedule windows. Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement where one applies.

Our text messaging program is governed by the SMS / Text Messaging Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the site, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall first be submitted to informal negotiation by contacting us at shell@bluecipherai.com. If not resolved informally within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in South Dakota in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
