Effective date: October 8, 2026. These terms are part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.
The Blue Cipher AI™ text messaging program sends: session confirmations and reminders for the Challenge and live sessions, updates about dates and replays, scheduling messages connected to demo calls, and replies to inquiry forms where you asked for a response by text. Session reminders are sent by Blue Cipher AI for the Challenge and the live sessions.
You opt in by one of the following: checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, providing your phone number with consent when you book a session, or another method where you give explicit written or electronic consent. By opting in, you represent that you are 18 or older, that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission, and that you consent to receive messages at the number provided.
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month depending on your inquiry status and subscription type. Transactional messages, such as booking confirmations and reminders, may be sent as needed.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier. Blue Cipher AI™ is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After receiving your STOP message, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive messages from our program. You may re-enroll at any time by opting in again as described in Section 2.

Our collection and use of personal information, including your phone number, is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number to third parties. We may share your number with our SMS platform provider for the sole purpose of delivering messages.
Our program works with major United States carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint, but delivery is not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for carrier delays or failures.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page changes when we do. Continued participation in the program after changes means you accept the updated terms.
