Effective date: October 8, 2026. This policy explains how Blue Cipher AI™ collects, uses, and protects your personal information, and it includes the California Privacy Addendum (CCPA/CPRA).
Contact and registration forms (name, email, phone number, company, your message, and your biggest pain point), booking a session (your chosen date, time zone, and answers to registration questions), and demo call requests (your website URL). If you submit a website URL for a demo call, our software reads the public pages of that site to prepare your call.
Browser type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, timestamps, your IP address with general location at city or region level, and cookies.
Analytics and email delivery providers, and CRM and booking tools we use to run our programs.
To run live sessions and the Challenge, to place and follow up on demo calls, to respond to your inquiries, to send messages you have opted into, to improve the site and our programs, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: service providers that assist with email delivery, analytics, hosting, or CRM functions, under data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data; legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights; and successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to you. We do not sell your phone number to third parties. We may share your number with our SMS platform provider for the sole purpose of delivering messages.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contact form and inquiry data is retained for up to 3 years unless you request earlier deletion.
You may unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. You may access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of text messages, by emailing shell@bluecipherai.com. You may control cookies through your browser settings.
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, such as the site theme you choose, and to understand how the site is used through analytics.
The site links to third-party sites. Their collection and use of your information is governed by their own policies.
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page changes when we do.

You have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used; the right to delete personal information we hold about you; the right to correct inaccurate personal information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and because we do not sell personal information, no opt-out is required; and the right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
Submit requests by email to shell@bluecipherai.com with the subject line "CCPA Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require written authorization or proof of your identity.
