Monthly plans
Monthly service plans can be cancelled before your next billing cycle. Cancellations stop future billing but do not refund the current month already in progress.
Setup & build fees
Because build work begins immediately, one-time setup and implementation fees are non-refundable once work has started.
How to cancel
To cancel or request a refund review, email us with your account details. We respond to all requests within two business days.
